• The Granite Cellar accommodates approximately 40 people

• Prices do not include $250 security deposit or 5.5% sales tax

• Rental time is based on when client, their vendors, and/or their guests need access to the building

• On site Event Lead/Bartender

• Tables – round (8-10 guests), long, and/or cocktail (without chairs) with linens

• Chairs 

• Room set up and take down

• Use of Bluetooth audio system and wireless microphones

• Use of Smart TVs and table lights

• Elevator, Coat room, and Wi-Fi
